This e-mail was sent by a Saia customer to CGO Account Executive Gary Wolke regarding the service the ORL terminal provided to their consignee before Hurricane Irma hit the state.
Thank you so much for the service. You were totally awesome. You stayed open late for us so that we could pick up the generator before the storm (even though) everyone over there has a home and a family. Your employees put themselves aside for us. You have one loyal customer, forever. And, I am spreading the word. Thank you again.
