Employee Survey Wants Your Opinion
Saia is engaging InfoSurv to conduct the 2018 Employee Engagement Survey. The survey seeks to find out employee opinions on a variety of topics.
We value the opinions of our employees. That’s why staring March 12, Infosurv, an independent firm, will launch the "2018 Employee Engagement Survey" to gather the opinions of Saia employees regarding their view on the company’s work environment, total compensation, working relationships with management and coworkers, and more.
Infosurv will send an invitation to complete the survey via either your work e-mail or the personal e-mail address you have on file with Saia. Simply click on the e-mail link to access the survey directly on Infosurv’s website. The survey is totally anonymous. All survey data is entered directly into the Infosurv site and no one at Saia has access to it. Also, Infosurv will not provide reporting on groups having less than 10 employee responses, which will maintain anonymity for terminals with small employee populations. Employee comments will be included in a roll-up for that region.
If you do not have an e-mail address on file in the Employee Information Center (EIC), please see your terminal manager or department head for a survey access code. A link will be available on the EIC, which will take you to the Infosurv survey site. Once you are on Infosurv’s site, enter the access code to complete the online survey.
Additionally, Saia has partnered with Infosurv to offer some exciting prizes. If you complete the online survey using the e-mail link, you could win an iPad or an additional week of vacation to be taken in 2018. Employees who access the survey via the e-mail link will be automatically entered into a drawing to win one of eight iPads. To win one week of vacation, Infosurv will calculate the locations with the highest participation percentage. Participating employees at the top eight participating locations will be placed in a drawing for that location. So, encourage your colleagues to participate! A total of eight vacation weeks will be awarded based on the winner’s vacation eligibility. Remember, to be eligible to win these prizes, you must complete the survey via the Infosurv link sent to your e-mail address.
Your feedback helps to guide Saia and the direction we take on behalf of you and the company. Please complete the survey as soon as possible, but no later than March 30.
