I wanted to let you know what an awesome driver you have in JAX City Driver Artie Tipper. He goes out of his way to help and get the job done when picking up at HomeGuard.

Saia is lucky to have an employee like this and should definitely take care of him. Good employees are hard to find, hang on to him and find more like him!

This note was sent in by a Saia customer, GT AirInject, Inc., as they had received it by one of their customers, Air2G2.

I just returned from Las Vegas where two Air2G2s were delivered to the Saia terminal. The staff at the North Las Vegas facility were friendly, courteous, and helpful. This has been true at the other Saia terminals I have dealt with as well.

Kudos to you for finding the right company to deliver our equipment, but more importantly kudos to the Saia people themselves for how they do business. The delivery yesterday was especially challenging for various reasons, and a number of staff members, from management to dock employees offered their assistance to help. Many thanks to the Saia staff.

Saia’s Customer Service Department was recognized by Starbucks at a recent holiday meeting for their terrific support. In part, the message reads, “They are quick to answer the phone, and do their best to help, advise, and follow-up. They are also very fast and detailed (with the) CRM and thoughtful with email responses.”
