I would like to shout out a huge thank you to MSP City Driver Roy Carlson for the excellent job he did recently with my shipment. I have received a shipment in the past from Saia (so I know) I can always count on an excellent, reliable, and timely delivery from a friendly, competent, and professional driver, which is exactly what I found in Roy. He is to be complemented for his wonderful work ethic. It is very much appreciated by me!

This letter is being written to document our conversation regarding one of Saia's employees, JAX City Driver Artie Tipper. Artie has been a driver delivering to our distribution center for many years and although all of your drivers are courteous and professional, Artie stands out among all the carrier drivers that deliver to our location.
Artie makes it seem as though he is an employee for our distribution center as he is very helpful and knowledgeable about his job duties and his professionalism in handling any issue that might come up while delivering our product. He speaks very highly of Saia and the management team working there, which is very unusual in this day and time.
Artie is a credit to Saia and an excellent reflection on how truck drivers should carry themselves with a sense of pride in their job duties and professionalism in dealing with customers. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of this gentlemen in delivering our product each day and week.
