This month's Around Saia features the retirement of JKS Line Driver Robert Wittmann and the retirement of CLT Line Driver Larry Ray.
JKS Line Driver Retires
JKS Line Driver Robert Wittmann recently retired after 34 years of service with Saia. Employees at the terminal all enjoyed cake and other refreshments as he was honored with a plaque and presents to celebrate his retirement. Congratulations Robert. Enjoy your retirement! It’s well-deserved after your years of service.
CLT Driver Retires
CLT Line Driver Larry Ray retired just before Christmas last year. The CLT terminal invited him back recently for a cookout celebrating the facility’s safety and production achievements over the past 90 days. Larry was with Saia for 13 years and had a decade of safe driving under his belt.
