New International Customer Service Team Formed

New team tasked with ensuring customer service remains a priority.

As we grow our Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico business, we want to ensure that our overall service remains high. To do this, as well as best support our internal teams, we’re excited to announce a new group that will solely be dedicated to these markets. Our new International Customer Service Team will assist with the following and more:

  • Elevated tracking and tracking
  • Documentation assistance
  • Quoting, when a customer needs more detail, or has requirements that are outside a standard quote. (Note that our website still provides door-to-door quotes as does our general quoting team.)
  • General knowledge on each of these markets
Angelica Naolu has been tasked with overseeing both the International Customer Service Team and the Solutions and Specialty Product Compliance Teams. Angelica joined Saia in 2011 and has served in a variety of roles. Most recently, she was an inside sales supervisor.

We have created a new email address, International@saia.com, for this group and will soon announce a new direct phone number.
