Too often the only reason I speak out is because things have gone sideways. CGO City Driver Erick Rodriguez recently went above and beyond to make sure freight was picked up. The driver called us three times to verify all the information and make sure he had the correct freight. Not surprising, the shipper did not use the correct BOL and the driver called back to make sure this was the correct freight. In my time in this industry, this is the first time a driver has ever called. For him to go above and beyond is greatly appreciated.

Thank him for us. We wish all drivers were this conscientious.
