DLS Operations Clerk Says Goodbye
DLS Operations Clerk Margaret Briggs retired in July after 33 years of service with Saia! DLS Regional Manager Mike Whitwell said they hosted a very nice reception for Margaret, complete with a healthy dose of tears!
Mike said, “She’s an institution in DLS and will really be missed!” We understand! Margaret, our sincere thanks for your dedication to the company for so many years. We hope you have a terrific retirement!
Long-time Sales Team Member Retires
MBL Business Development Executive Tom Rowlands recently retired after more than 16 years with the company! He was honored with a reception by his coworkers at the terminal, all of whom expressed how much they would miss him. Tom, thank you for your service to Saia. We wish you a long and wonderful retirement!
Driver Retires After a 40-plus Year Career
In July, NOL City Driver Mike Matthew retired after 40-plus years working at Saia – a tremendous accomplishment! A reception was held for Mike at the terminal, where his teammates and a number of guests dropped by to thank and congratulate him.
Mike, we know you will be greatly missed. We cannot thank you enough for your years of service to the company and our customers. We wish you all the best in life! Here’s to many joyous years of retirement!
