Good Afternoon!

From the moment I received my first phone call regarding the delivery date of my order to the actual delivery at my residence in Muenster, Texas, I cannot say enough positive things about your employees . The professionalism, kindness, and integrity these individuals exhibited was unbelievable and so refreshing, especially nowadays. I spoke to two individuals over the phone, and he took a message for SHM Operations Clerk Andrew Holtan, who called me first thing the next morning. Although I did not get the name of the first employee, he and Andrew were so nice and pleasant to speak with. They obviously enjoy their jobs but more importantly, care about your customers. I was out of town and they were willing to work with me, so I’d be home when the driver made the delivery. Their phone etiquette was absolutely exceptional.

Then I met the SHM City Driver Brett Kyle who drove into my neighborhood with a truck so quiet, I had to look out to see who was here! He got out and greeted me with a smile and was so kind. It was obvious that he too enjoys his job as well and knows how to treat a customer. Unloading could have been a challenge for some, especially getting it up the driveway into my crowded garage, but not once did his attitude change; he was totally positive the complete time.  Being a former truck driver myself, I know some of the unknowns one drives up to when making a delivery, but Brett took it all in stride, did an excellent job laying the pallet perfectly in the garage. He even watched to make sure I wasn’t going to get hurt (or be in the way)!   

I must say that meeting three employees from the same company that have such positive and professional attitudes reflects on the company they are working for. Saia, you must be doing something right! But, I must say that Saia, you are very, very fortunate to have such fine employees like these three gentlemen. They truly are valuable assets to your company, and I hope you can keep them with you until their retirements! With the world as crazy as it is today, exceptional employees are hard to come by! These employees are definite keepers!!

I will remember Saia should I ever need anything shipped, and I will not hesitate to recommend Saia, especially the one located in Sherman, Texas to any family or friends needing shipping services.
