At the end of April, Brent Anderson was appointed the new Charlotte (CLT) regional sales manager. In this position, Brent will oversee sales in the region. He brings a wealth of experience, having been a part of the Saia family for 10 years serving as an account executive in Greenville (GNC) and Fayetteville (FAY), North Carolina; Roanoke (ROA), Virginia; and Parkersburg (PWV), West Virgina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from East Carolina University.

In May, Isaac Duvall was named the terminal manager for our Binghamton (BGN) and Syracuse (SYR), New York facilities. With 12 years of industry experience, Isaac began his career as a dock supervisor at the company in 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a dockworker, driver, team lead, supervisor, and sales representative at two other leading carriers.

This spring, Patrick Edd was named a national account executive, a position where he will work to secure and grow profitable new national account business for the company in the Florida and Georgia markets.

Though new to Saia, Patrick has 18 years of industry experience having held various roles ranging from operations supervisor to sales associate and operations manager. His journey in sales began back in 2016. In his most recent position, he was the director of business development, healthcare/aerospace, for Kuehne + Nagel, a leading logistics provider headquartered in Switzerland. He possesses an associate degree in business administration from Cape Fear Community College.

Angelica Naolu has been named the senior manager for our new Specialty Markets/Customer Connectivity Department. In this role, she will provide oversight for four teams:

• Specialty Products,
• International Customer Service,

• Customer Onboarding, and
• EDI Connectivity.

Angelica joined Saia in 2011, starting her career in our Customer Service Department. She has been promoted repeatedly during her tenure at the company – from customized service representative to customized team lead, inside sales supervisor, and most recently, to manager of Specialty Products and International Customer Service.

Peter Barnett was named the terminal manager for our new facility in Reading, Pennsylvania, (RPA) that opened at the end of May.

Most recently, Peter had been serving as the Allentown, Pennsylvania (ALN) terminal manager, a position he assumed two years ago. He joined Saia in 2017 as a dock supervisor and was promoted to an engineering role for the Harrisburg (HBG) Region. He was then named the manager for our Springfield, Massachusetts (SPM) terminal prior to moving to ALN.

Matthew Laubach was named the new ALN terminal manager. Matt has been with Saia for over six years. In that time, he held the roles of city driver and inbound and outbound supervisor.

Ryan Rivera was named our new Denver, Colorado (DEN) terminal manager at the end of April. Ryan has 12 years of industry experience as a manager and safety supervisor. He started his career in El Paso, Texas.

In May, Noah Pogue was named our Wichita, Kansas (WTK) terminal manager. With over six years of industry experience, Noah joined Saia in 2022. Most recently, he had been serving as the Dallas, Texas (DLS) regional supervisor. Prior to this position, he was an inbound supervisor for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OKC) terminal.

Tim Shoemaker was named our new Sioux Falls (SXF) regional sales manager at the end of May. Prior to this, he had been managing a variety of support functions related to sales productivity, including marketing automation, sales call planning, and customer onboarding. These functions will be moving to the Marketing Department, the data and analytics team, and the onboarding and EDI connectivity team, respectively.

Tim has over 22 years of experience in the transportation industry and seven years in warehouse management. Prior to this, he served as a non-commissioned officer in the U. S. Marine Corps. Tim began his career at Saia in 2005 as the manager/account executive for our Sioux Falls, South Dakota (SXF) and South Sioux City, IA (SSX) terminals. In 2010, Tim was named the Kansas City (KCY) regional sales manager. Originally from South Dakota, Tim is happy to reside in Sioux Falls once again.

David Sublett has been named our new manager for our Evansville, Indiana (EVA) and Effingham, Illinois (EFF) terminals. While new to Saia, David has 14 years of industry experience, most recently serving as a terminal manager for another national carrier.

Robert Tedford was named the Newburgh, New York (NWB) terminal manager in May. With 11 years of industry experience, Robert joined Saia in 2019 had been serving as the manager for our Binghamton (BGN) and Syracuse, New York (SYR) facilities.

Prior to this, he was an inbound supervisor for our Concord, New Hampshire (CND) terminal. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
