Hi, my name is Jim and I want to tell you about the wonderful experience I had working with Saia. My son lives in Portland, Oregon and is moving and we didn't have a need for a dresser that we let him use. The dresser was my wife's late fathers and, monetarily, it isn't worth that much, but sentimentally it is worth a ton.
So, my wife contacted Saia in Portland and they picked up the dresser from my son's house, professionally wrapped and packaged it to prevent any damage while in transit. They then kept us informed of the progress it was making from Portland to Burr Ridge, Illinois and called us when it arrived.
I went to Burr Ridge the following day and had been given detailed instructions on where to go when I arrived and even where to park. I went in and met with one of your customer service agents and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They helped me load it into my Pathfinder and I was on my way. I wish everything could be so easy. When I got it home my wife examined the dresser and was overjoyed that it arrived without a scratch.

Hi!
I wanted to drop you all a line concerning GRL Business Development Executive Pedro Saucedo. I have been in this business for close to 30 years and have done business with just about every LTL company and numerous reps over the years.
And, actually having said this, I don’t know that I have ever requested a sales reps manager’s email or phone number before to say anything positive. But, there is a first for everything and Pedro deserves this recognition. Anyway, Pedro has gone above and beyond working with Nassau Candy to ensure that our deliveries are made on time.
Our products are very heat sensitive and sent to some destinations where it is critical that everything has to go right to make it happen. Pedro has always stayed on top my shipments since day one. So, give him a “pat on the back” for me!
