Employees have asked about Saia’s attendance policy — particularly why personnel continue to receive points if we’re asking individuals to stay home if they are not feeling well. Please make sure we have your correct contact information – address, phone number and email – on file so you are receiving important company information! If you need to make any changes/corrections, please visit the “Employee Information Center,” or EIC. After you log in, click on the “Employee Information Inquiry and Paid Time Off Information” link that can be found in the upper left corner under “Payroll Information.” Once you do this, click on “Change Address” to make any necessary corrections or updates. Also, double check that your saia.com email is listed, if you have one.
