I hope this email finds you well. I imagine you are slammed with month-end, but wanted to take a moment to give your DLS dispatch team some kudos.

I know in our industry we hear complaints before compliments, especially now, so I wanted to make sure I reached out. We have a “CSP” for Battery Systems with Saia and truly appreciate the partnership with your terminal. The Dallas location is one of the largest shipping locations and our entire team - from our shipper/warehouse team, to my customer service representatives, along with myself, all greatly appreciate your dispatch team and drivers.

We do our best to send emails advising of big shipping days (which have been frequent lately) and your team is so quick to respond and get it picked up. The team does a fantastic job! The drivers are also very much liked by our shipper and they tell us regularly how they prefer to use Saia.
